Why does the game say "The server does not respond" when I try to log in?
You are probably sitting behind a "firewall". It's a safety measure that protects your computer from unauthorized access. Among other things, it limits the communication with the outside world to a few
standard channels -- and the Vegas007 client-server solution is apparently not on the approved list.
Please try configuring the firewall to accept traffic on our game ports. Please contact us
if you need more information.
What should I do if I am behind a firewall?
If you are behind a firewall, you will have toŽ configure the firewall to allow communications on the following ports that Vegas007 uses: 4711 and 4712.
I need more play money
Use the “refill” button in the Play Money account.
When do I receive my cash out?
All Cash Out request are granted by a Vegas007 staff member before submitted
to your account. This is usually done within 48 hours.
